Employees are working with cleaning chemicals such as bleach, industrial window cleaner, and degreaser cleaner. Personal protective equipment has not been identified for these work activities.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: A comprehensive hazard communication program needs to include the following required elements a written program specific to the company, material safety data sheets, a hazardous chemical inventory list, labelling of all containers, and documented employee training:    On or about May 9, 2012, the company did not implement and maintain a written hazard communication program at the site. Employees work with hazardous materials such as, but not limited to bleach, industrial window cleaner, and degreaser cleaner.
