29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h): a) Lima Millwork Inc. located on 4251 East Road in Elida, OH: On or about May 10, 2012, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program that addressed hazardous effects of chemicals such as, but not limited, LP gas used to power forklifts in the warehouse area. Burns and frostbite are a few of the potential health effects associated overexposure to this chemical.
