29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: On or about at 5/4/12 located at 2036 Cumming Hwy. Canton, GA: Located at the back of the building, at the right end, the employees were using the scaffold, without any guardrails and open ends. The employees were laying brick 12' from the lower level and could fall off without the end or side guard rails.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about at 5/4/12 located at 2036 Cumming Hwy. Canton, GA: Located at the back of the building the employees were using the roof top of the refrigeration unit as a working, walking surface with no protected sides and without fall protection. The employees were laying brick 12' above ground levels.
