29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b) Note:  If using these systems was infeasible or created a greater hazard, the employer should develop and implement a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.    a) East side of roof area: On May 8, 2012, and times prior thereto, employees were setting trusses and walking on the top plate without personal fall protection at a fall height of 10 feet.    Timberview Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) that was contained in OSHA Inspection #315027748 Citation # 1 Item 1a, issued on February 3, 2011 with respect to the work site at Lot 15 Blk 54 Harris Ranch in Boise, Idaho with a final order date of March 11, 2011.        Note: Abatement certificationand documentation are required for this item.
