(a) On May 3rd, 2012 at 6814 Sobbie Rd, Liberty, MO employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing metal roofing at a height of nine feet without any type of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: (a) On 05/3/2012 at 6814 Sobbie Road in Liberty, MO, two employees of Wagler Metal Works were seen using a ladder to access an elevated working area and the ladder's side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface. Employees using the ladder were exposed to falls from height hazards.
