WEBBER, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314000894, CITATION NUMBER 001, ITEM NUMBER 001, AND WAS AFFIRMED FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 18, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH BELTWAY 8 EAST AND F.M. 526, HOUSTON, TEXAS 77007.
