A) Eagle Concrete, Inc. did not conform to section 6G.03 of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), Millennium Edition, when employees worked in and near the roadway of Lake Street without erecting signage to warn approaching road users of construction work.    B) Eagle Concrete, Inc. did not conform to section 6F.21 of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), when employees worked in and near the roadway of Lake Street without providing warning to approaching road users of a lane closure.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19 (c).
