29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system.    a)  Horvath Roofing, Inc. on or about May 10, 2012, at the address of 302 Canterbury Drive, Huron, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while installing new roofing material on a residential type structure.  Employees were exposed to approximately 20 fall to the ground below.
