29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) Horvath Roofing, Inc. at the jobsite located at 335 East Water Street in Sandusky, Ohio; On or about June 12, 2019 the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while replacing the tin wall in the valley of a residential type structure. Employees working in this manner were exposed to falls up to approximately twenty two feet from the edge of the roof to the ground below.      Horvath Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1279957, citation number 1,  item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on January 31, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2624 Milan Road in Sandusky, Ohio.
