29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):     All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.      a)  PSC Metals, Inc. - On or about May 10, 2012, at the worksite located at 800 Infirmary Road in Elyria, OH: the work floor adjacent to the Hill Acme alligator shear was not kept clear of metal scrap parts.  Metal parts surrounding the machine did not allow for a clear walking/working area, exposing employees to trip hazards.
