29 CFR 1910.106(e)(7)(i)(a):     All electrical wiring and equipment was not installed according to the requirements of Subpart S of this part:    (a) Boiler Room: An employee accesses the boiler room to fill weed eaters with gasoline. There are 25 gallons of catagory three flammable liquids. An active electrical outlet was found 19 inches from the the flammable liquids. The electrical outlet used in a Class 1, Division 2 location was not intrinsically safe, approved for Class 1, Division 2 location, or safe for a Class 1, Division 2 location, as observed on or about 05/11/2012.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
