29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employee(s) was not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: On or about March 19th, 2012 an employee was not properly instructed in the purpose and function of the energy control program. The employee reached into a machine that was not locked or tagged out to remove a plastic divider. The machine was jogged forward resulting in an injury to the employee's forearm. Abatement Certification and Abatement Documentation Required.
