Section 5(A)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing  or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:    a) 502 Lenox Avenue, north side of building, on or about 5-10-12, Employees were repairing a hydraulic hose on the boom of an excavator (Kobelco) while standing in the bucket of a Volvo L70 front end loader.  Employees were thereby exposed to fall hazards associated with standing in the bucket.
