29 CFR 1926.451(e)(6)(vi): Integeral prefabricated scaffold access frames had a maximum spacing between rungs exceeding 16 3/4 inches (43cm): (a) Interstate 91 overpass on Route 5 West Springfield, MA: On or about April 27, 2012, employees were permitted to use integrated scaffold frames (to access the working level) that had spacing exceeding the allowable distance in this subpart.
