(a) The maintenance room had pails of acetone, Rival Transparent Knifegrade, and a small bottle of propane stored in a condition that posed a tripping hazard to employees. 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):     Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    (a)  A black surge protector power strip being used to power the Water jet CNC computer located near the south entrance to the shop was also powering a white power strip that was being used as a light switch to power a fluorescent light, which is an unintended use of a power strip.     (b)  A three prong male plug was attached to a fluorescent light fixture on a false wall near the south entrance to the shop.  It was then plugged into an ungrounded extension cord with the plug reversed to allow the ground pin to rest on top of the female plug.  The fluorescent light fixture was not installed in accordance to instructions.             NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICAITON REQURED
