29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt or body harness was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. (a) 3403 Concord Road York, PA - Employee(s) were utilizing a JLG 450AJ aerial lift installing siding work activities and were not protected/restrained inside the basket by the use of a body belt and attached lanyard, thereby exposing employee(s) to a possible fall hazard of approximately 12 feet on or about May 9, 2012. No abatement certification or documentation required.
