29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: (a) Pier 1 Imports, 211 E. Flatiron Circle, Broomfield, CO 80020: On and before April 19, 2012, the employer did not ensure each circuit breaker was identified in the panel box along the back wall of the store room that there were no labels or markings for approximately one third of the breakers. This condition potentially exposed the employees to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): Workspace was less than 3 feet in front of electric equipment operating at 600 volts nominal, or less: On and before April 19, 2012, the employer did not maintain workspace of at least 3 feet in front of electrical panels located at the back wall of the store room in that the panels were blocked by materials. This condition exposed employees to electrical and mechanical hazards.
