29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes and fittings were not effectively closed. a) 16356 Sussex Highway, Bridgeville, DE. - In the shop area electrical disconnects for the 5 ton crane and the 3 ton hoist, and a junction box had knock-outs missing. This exposed employees to an electric shock hazard. The violation was observed on or about May 14, 2012.
