29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. (a) 1140 Northampton St Holyoke, MA: On or about April 26, 2012 employees were exposed to falls in excess of 20 feet from the roof of the residence they were working on since their employer did not furnish fall protection as required by this subpart. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
