29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system, or by the use of a safety monitoring system alone: (a) Haberkorn Construction at 494 Delaware Way, Sterling, CO 80751: On and before May 1, 2012 the employer did not ensure their employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in roofing activities on the flat roof of a commercial building were exposed to falls of approximately 9-10 feet without the use of an adequate fall protection system.
