29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system, or by the use of a safety monitoring system alone:    (a)  J&O Roofing at 441 MacGregor Road, Sterling, CO 80751:  On and before May 1, 2012 the employer did not ensure their employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in roofing activities on the low sloped roof of an apartment building were exposed to falls of approximately 25-30 feet without the use of an adequate fall protection system.      J&O Roofing was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 310720054, Citation Number 1, Item 2 issued on June 17, 2010 and became Final Order on July 8, 2010 with respect to a workplace located at 3785 Kipling St., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
