29 CFR 1910.68(b)(6)(ii): The landing space adjacent to the floor openings was not free from obstruction and not kept clear at all times: a) Manlift, Ground Level - Employees were exposed to a struck-by hazards from: (1) a box; (2) an old cash register; (3) two brooms; and (4) a portable heater that were located between 16 and 18 inches of the unguarded floor opening through which the endless belt of a manlift passed during operation.
