X-Pert Rooifng, Inc, was previously cited for a violation(s) of the same occupational health and safety standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313209843 which became final order on June 9, 2011 with respect to a violation at 83 Montcalm St in Chicopee, MA.
