29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. (a) Lopez Roofing, 887 S. 10th Ave., Brighton, CO 80601; On and before May 15, 2012, the exposing exployer did not provide employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels adequate fall protective measures. Condition exposed 5 employees to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet.
