29 CFR 1910.180(h)(3)(v): No hoisting, lowering, swinging, or traveling shall be done while anyone is on the load or hook. (a) 302 Lincoln Way East, New Oxford, PA - An employee was attached to the hook of a crane while being elevated in order to perform tree cutting work and was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet, on or about May 9, 2012. No abatement certification or documentation required.
