29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:    (a)  Main Pump Station - The employer did not ensure that passageways and walkways were kept clear of construction debris, tools, parts and material on or about May 11, 2012.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:    (a) Outside South Wall of the Main Pump Station - The employer permitted employees to use a scaffold plank that was four feet long and twelve inches wide to gain access to a ladder used to descend into an excavation, there by exposing employees to a fall of approximately 12 feet to the bottom of the excavation.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

The certification shall include a statement that abetment is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within ten days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
