The route to exit door was not free of obstruction due to stacks of foam parts in front of the door. (b) SE Corner of the Building - On or about May 2, 2012 employees were exposed to fire hazards while working at the cutting tables. The route to exit door was not free of obstruction due to large rolls of poly fiber piled in front of the door.

Spray booths were not substantially constructed of steel, securely and rigidly supported, or of concrete or masonry except that aluminum or other substantial noncombustible material may be used for intermittent or low volume spraying. (a) Glue Booth Area - On or about May 2, 2012 employees were exposed to fire hazards while spraying flammable adhesive. The glue spray booths were not free of combustible material. Brown paper was used to catch overspray.
