29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:      a.   On or about April 24, 2012, near the returned battery area, there was no eye wash station, exposing employees to eye injury from the battery acid.      ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE NOT REQUIRED
