29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Examination. The employer shall ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a. On or about May 16, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting carpentry operations were working with and around temporary cords that had been spliced together. The employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with electrical shock.
