29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):  Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section:     a)  At the vicinity of Old Pascagoula Rd and Theodore-Dawes Rd:  On or about May 16, 2012 the employer exposed his employees to excavation cave-in hazards in that employees were allowed to work inside an excavation measuring 8 foot deep , 18 foot in length and 15 foot in width that was dug in class "C" soil.
