29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the Jobsite - The employees working at a height of 15 feet were not protected by adequate fall protection. Mitchell's Roofing & Sheet Metal was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 313575698, Citation Number 2 Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/14/2009, with respect to a workplace located at Route 7, Newport Maine and Citation Number 2, Item Number 1, issued on 09/03/2008 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/25/2008, with respect to a workplace located at 6 Foot Bridge Road, Belfast Maine.
