29 CFR 1926.451(f)(14): Makeshift devices, such as but not limited to boxes and barrels, were used on top of scaffold platforms to increase the working level height of employees: (a) On or about May 14, 2012, an employee was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 19 feet when he stood on the masonry blocks stacked on a scaffold at a construction site at 5957 44th Ave. in Wheat Ridge Colorado. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
