On or about 05/08/12, 3D Construction Inc. 51 a-c Kronprinsens Gade- Innovative Basford Bldg.- Bathroom area, St Thomas, VI: Employees were using an electrical light switch with exposed live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer within 24 hours of the inspection.
