Heidler Company, 47 West Main Street, Mount Joy, PA - Employees were installing the copper valley on a steep-sloped roof (12:12) and replacing the roof tiles on a steep-sloped roof (10:12) without a complete and adequate fall protection system in place, exposing the employees to an approximate 23-30 foot fall hazard, on or about May 16, 2012.
