At the establishment located on 1650 Hemlock Street, Tampa, FL, provide personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, respirators, for the employees involved in the repair activities of the US Coast Guard, VISE vessel. Employees were exposed to the health hazards associated with lead while performing invasive activities such as, but not limited to, cutting, welding and grinding, on surfaces containing lead paint, on or about, 05/01/2012.
