29 CFR 1915.116(j): Loads were suspended over the heads of employees. a) For the Gulf Marine port address at 1800 Grant St., Tampa, FL for the vessel "The Bay Dock Barge" as occurring on 11/19/2015, an employee was injured while attempting to add support to a 285 pound steel plate which was suspended over his head when the steel plate fell onto his back resulting in him being hospitalized. The steel plate was elevated and multiple employees were working underneath it.
