29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures: (a) On or about 05/03/12, at the former East Avenue Inn, located at 384 East Avenue, in Rochester, New York, an electrical panel was not guarded against accidental contact by workers working around the cabinet opening. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
