Reflections Place Court - employee(s) engaged in roofing operations used Rock Solid CRPK anchor point on vertical fascia board and were exposed to a 30' fall hazard. Violation observed on or about 5/18/12. b. Bridgeview Circle - employee(s) engaged in roofing operations used Rock Solid CRPK anchor point on vertical fascia board and were exposed to a 30' fall hazard. Violation observed on or about 6/11/12.
