Any adjacent structure where employees may be exposed was not similarly checked. The employer did not have in writing evidence that such a survey has been performed:          a) Jobsite at the parking garage at Welden and Jefferson Street, Latrobe, PA:  On or about 5/16/12, the company did not have an engineering survey performed before demolition activities began.  This condiditon exposed employees to possible hazards, for example, an unplanned collapse.
