COBBLESTONE ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.100(a), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER, 314426487, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 10/29/10 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 116511 HEDGECROFT, HOUSTON, TX 77060.    Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that employees are provided protective helmets to guard against head injuries from falling or flying objects.
