29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews.    On or about 5/21/12, at a Walgreens construction site on the corner of Lee Dr. and Highland Rd. the employer did not provide guardrails on the scaffold for the employees to prevent a fall from height.
