29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):     Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.    209 US Route 130 South, Bordentown, NJ:   Employees onsite were observed working from the outriggers of a welded tubular frame scaffolding and were not protected from falls (PFAS, positioning system, safety nets, guardrails, etc.).  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in excess of 20 feet.  Observed on or about 05/18/2012.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
