29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) East Bay North Shipping Area, 23rd and Duss Avenue, Ambridge, PA 15003: On or about May 15, 2012, bundles of pipe weighing approximately 3,800 pounds were not secured against lateral movement during the loading of flatbed trailers. Employees engaged in the loading of flatbed trailers in this area were exposed to crushed-by hazards.
