29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):     Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) 6880 NW Loop 410 San Antonio, TX 78238 (Red Roof Inn): On May 23, 2012 and at times prior there to, employee(s) were installing roofing on the steep roof (6:12) of a 3 story hotel. Employee(s) were exposed to a fall of more than 25 feet to the ground below.
