Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:    a) On or about May 22, 2012 - at the jobsite located at 7755 Moody Avenue, Burbank, IL.- Employees performing residential roofing operations on a low sloped roof with a 4:12 to 6:12 pitch, measuring approximately eight (8) feet nine (9) inches and thirteen (13) feet four (4) inches above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
