29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(C):  Receptacles for uses other than temporary lighting shall not be installed on branch circuits which supply temporary lighting. Receptacles shall not be connected to the same ungrounded conductor of multiwire circuits which supply temporary lighting:    Employees performing construction tasks such as but not limited to carpentry, plumbing and painting were exposed to slip and trip hazards in the event the lighting went out.  The temporary lighting for each of the 14 floors of the building were not supplied on circuits dedicated for temporary lighting.  The temporary lights were plugged into the same receptacles that could be used for other purposes.
