29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) designated by the employer:    a)  Jobsite located at 120 Sandra Road, Voorhess NJ:  The employer did not initiate a program consisting of frequent and regular inspections of the worksite by a competent person.  Employees  were exposed to fall hazards, head injuries and other related hazards while performing siding operations on a residential building, observed on or about 05/08/2012.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.    a)  Jobsite located at 120 Sandra Road, Voorhees NJ 08043:  A company employee from Sebastian Builders LLC., was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet to the ground below, when working/walking on top of a porch roof while performing siding installation, observed on or about 05/08/2012.

The employee was working/walking on top of porch roof while installing siding and doing carpentry and other related activies at the worksite, ocurred on or about 05/08/2012.
