29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1):     The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:    a) 7155 Airport Highway, Pennsauken, NJ 08109:  The employer did not develop a written lockout tagout program for the protection of employees required to perform maintenance and servicing of machinery. On or about 05/18/2012.     NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1):     An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting:    a) 7155 Airport Highway, Pennsauken, NJ 08109:  Employees were not trained in the use of portable fire extinguishers. As an alternative, the employer had not developed and implemented a written emergency evacuation plan. On or about 05/18/2012.    BY THIS DATE THE EMPLOYER MUST EITHER CORRECT THE ALLGEGED VIOLATION(S) OR IMPLEMENT A FIRE SAFETY POLICY, AS OUTLINED IN 29 CFR 1910.38 WHICH INCLUDES THE EVACUATION REQUIREMENTS OF 29 CFR 1910.157 (b).    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
