(a) Barela Grafix, DBA Childs Pastry Shop @ 460 So. Navajo Street, Denver, CO.  On or before May 28, 2012, the employer did not ensure that the exposed electrical wiring of the oven motor in the mechanical space was protected from coming in contact with live parts.  The oven mechanical space, which was being used as storage by employees, was missing the panel door. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of electrical shock and/or electrocution.
