29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrails systems, safety nets systems or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented. This violation most recently occurred on May 17, 2012, at a workplace located at Cougar Street, Allen Texas; at least one employee, who was framing a residential house, was not protected from falling approximately 18-feet 9-inches to the lower level.
